South Florida Junk Removal is a Payload Ventures LLC company and a junk removal matching service. We connect your request with one independent junk removal company; we do not perform hauling.

Information collected

When you request a quote, we collect your first name, mobile number, email, ZIP code, job type, description, timeframe, consent text and version, and submission time. We also collect attribution information such as campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, the first landing page, and referrer. Our security providers process technical information such as IP addresses to prevent abuse.

How we use and share requests

We use your information to process your request, prevent abuse, understand how visitors find us, and connect you with one independent junk removal company. We share your request and contact details with that company so it can discuss services with you. That company operates independently and is responsible for its own services and privacy practices. Hosting, security, email, and intake providers process information to operate this service.

Calls, texts, and email

When you check the consent box, you authorize the contacts described in the wording shown on the form, including automated calls or texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Ask the contacting company for help or contact us using the privacy address below. Opting out does not undo processing that has already occurred.

Cookies and advertising

A first-party cookie stores your first visit’s attribution for 30 days. We send those details with your request. We do not load advertising tags unless configured through Google Tag Manager. If a configured tag requires consent, it must remain blocked until the appropriate consent controls are in place.

Retention and your choices

We retain request and consent records as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, document consent, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Independent companies may retain their own copies under their policies.
